Quality Control
We have hired some of the most excellent project managers while internally responsibilities are clearly assigned to individuals and continuously monitored. Different from the "contract first, management second" practice of some of Shenzhen's translation firms, we have in operation a rigorous management system spanning project initiation, translation, and proof reading. A translation project must goes through a carefully controlled procedure from the beginning till delivery, thus ensuring the ideal quality of the translation. |
For long-term clients, we build up custom-made glossaries to guard against discrepancies in repeated translation.
We have a strictly neutral business stance and keep the absolute confidentiality for every client.
We cover almost every conceivable industry, with special strength in IT-related industry including telecommunications, computer, network, etc.
